Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to SAP Solution Lab. Because our premium blueprints, real-world issue resolution logs, business process configuration guides, and interview materials are distributed as instantly downloadable digital files, they cannot be physically returned.

By purchasing any premium toolkit, guide, or documentation package on our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Digital Downloads: All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our proprietary SAP delivery materials (including PDF configuration guides, functional specifications, excel matrices, and interview question banks), we enforce a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy.

Once a download link is generated, sent to your email, or accessed via your account dashboard, the order is considered completely fulfilled and non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for a Refund

We value our community of SAP consultants, team leads, and project managers. We will review and honor refund requests strictly under the following technical conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same premium material twice in a single transaction window, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.

  • Corrupted or Broken Files: If a downloaded file is completely corrupted, unreadable, or missing critical sections, and our support team cannot provide a working, corrected replacement file within three (3) business days of being notified, a full refund will be issued.

  • Incorrect File Delivery: If the system delivers a completely different file or module guide than the one displayed on the product checkout page.

3. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will not be approved for the following reasons:

  • You or your project team no longer require the specific SAP process documentation or solution template.

  • You do not possess the required SAP system access or basic functional knowledge to utilize our advanced blueprints or configuration paths.

  • You accidentally purchased the wrong toolkit but have already initiated the file download.

4. How to Request Assistance

If you run into any technical difficulties downloading your purchased files, or believe your situation qualifies for an exceptional refund review:

  2. Provide your Order Number and the Email Address used during checkout.

  3. Include a brief description (or screenshot) of the technical error or file issue you are experiencing.

Our support desk typically reviews all technical inquiries and processing requests within 24 to 48 hours.
